Local 96 will hold a membership meeting to review the Tentative Agreement on Tuesday at 6pm. Voting on the contract will begin immediately after the meeting on Tuesday night and be conducted online and by phone through Ballot Point. 

The entire proposed contract is posted on the website, so that members have a chance to review the Tentative Agreement before voting on it.

When is the Vote?

Voting will take place electronically after the special membership meeting on Tuesday at 6:00PM. 

Voting begins Tuesday, June 8th at 8:30PM. Voting ends Friday, June 11th at 5:00PM.

How Do I Vote?

Members will be sent a unique voting link by email and/or text from BallotPoint Election Services. When you are ready to vote, you will click the link to cast your vote YES to ratify the contract, or NO to reject the contract and authorize a strike.

BallotPoint online voting is secret. Every voting link is individualized and verified to make sure that the system only records one vote per person.

You MUST get a personal link in order to vote via email or smartphone.  

What If I Don't Get a Voting Code?

If you do not receive a voting link from BallotPoint via email or text on Tuesday night, check all email spam folders and phone numbers.

If you run into further difficulties during voting between Tuesday and Friday, contact Lisa and she will make sure you receive an electronic ballot.
