November Membership Meeting

Open Enrollment 2023

Kim Love, WGL Benefits Director will be coming out to the stations and assist employees who still need help with open enrollment. The dates are below:

Wednesday – Chillum (7-8:30am)

Thursday – SE Station (7-8:30am)

Friday – NW Station (9:30-10:45am)

Uniforms Update

WGL has provided $1300 for Uniforms and $50 to cover shipping costs for each employee.

Driver Observations

WGL supervisors will begin conducting Driver Observations of above ground employees first.

Underground Crew Protocol

For underground crews you are required to be in uniform and clean shaven at all times. If you are not within protocol your supervisor will send you home.

Updated COVID-19 Protocols

Please see the updated COVID-19 protocols for individuals who are not vaccinated vs individuals who are vaccinated.

WGL continues to screen customer households for COVID-19 and notates the customer account to alert the technicians, so that they can impose certain conditions on service, and/ or reach out to their supervisor for assistance if required.
