WGL employees are required to provide all health-related information to the Workers’ Compensation or disability insurance carrier for claims determination and any compensation benefit.
Please make sure that you get your own copies from your provider to provide to the company. It is your responsibility to submit necessary information to the insurance company, not your health care provider.
