If you are out of work with a $0 dollar paycheck (due to unpaid leave, denied STD, LTD, etc.), you are still responsible for the payment of your medical premiums. Your medical premium is the same amount that is normally deducted each month from your paycheck. It is very important that you make these payments in order to avoid your insurance being canceled. Employees under this category will receive a bill with the total monthly amount for their premiums via letter and Wage Works is responsible for collecting those payments.
