There are new leak forms that should be filled out by Washington Gas Teamsters. 

The Public Service Commission is behind the push to use these forms, and we will comply with this new regulation.

Teamsters Local 96 leadership has met with management to discuss this issue. We have ensured that there will not be discipline for any reasons associated with the possible delays that these forms may cause members.

If you have any trouble complying with the form, contact your steward or union representative. The form is currently paper-based, but the company is working to integrate it into being part of the system in our work tablets.
